  • Dawson Creek Seeks Input On Culture, Parks Rec Master Plan

    The City of Dawson Creek is in the process of developing a new Culture, Parks and Recreation Master Plan and is seeking input from Saddle Hills County residents who use the City’s facilities.

    Pre-registration is open for the Peace River Brigade, June 22 to 28, 2022. The pre-registration is to identify the number of people interested in doing the brigade this summer as either a team crew with access to their own boat or unattached paddlers without a boat looking to join a crew.

  • Planting Caliper Trees

    Spring is a good time to plant larger caliper trees in your property. The “caliper tree” is an older tree with at least 4 cm in diameter in stem/ trunk measured 15 cm above ground level.
