Over the month of November, previously warmer than normal weather patterns have generally been displaced by a varied mix of warm and cold spells. 

The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.

Saddle Hills County Council are holding a Special Council Meeting on November 21, 2022 at 9 a.m.

Saddle Hills County is made up of 5 volunteer fire departments, located in Bonanza, Blueberry, Happy Valley, Savanna and Woking and is served by approximately 120 volunteer first responders, including MFRs. 

Q&A with Owner Denise Allenbrand, What made you decide to open a hunting lodge? I had friends who would come up to hunt every year and I would feed them and we would have so much fun and so many laughs. 

Q&A with Owners Michael & April DeVuyst, How long have you been offering farm to table services? We started the farm in 2018, by planting garlic and then expanded the next year with more veggies.

Nominations for Christmas Hampers, and donations in the form of food or money, will be accepted until December 15, 2021 @ 4:30 pm. Hampers will be distributed between December 22-24.

Any food items received that are not used in the Christmas Hampers will be donated to the Central Peace Food Bank, located in Rycroft.
