    Work has is now complete on the Northmark Road (Township Road 764) Asphalt Paving Project!

  • Woking Multiplex Fitness Centre Opens its Doors

    The Woking Multiplex Association has announced the long-awaited opening of their fitness centre, which will be accepting memberships as of October 16, 2024.

    The approved minutes from the June 10, 2024, Saddle Hills County Municipal Library Board Meeting are now available.

  • Ward 5 By-Election

    Council has called a Ward 5 By-Election to fill the seat recently vacated by Councillor Fitzsimmons. The nomination period is now open for those interested. 

  • Local Students Learn About Municipal Government at Annual Event

    Students from the Bonanza, Savanna, Spirit River Regional Academy, Saint Marie Catholic, and Rycroft Schools visited Saddle Hills County to learn about municipal government at the County's annual Leaders of Tomorrow event.

  • 2024 IT Equipment Auction

    The County has a variety of used IT equipment available for purchase by sealed bid. The deadline to submit bids, is October 25, 2024, at 2 p.m.

  • STARS 2024 Annual Update

    Glenda Farnden, Senior Municipal Relations Liaison, with STARS, was present at the September 24, 2024 Council Meeting, to provide an annual update on the organization's operations.

  • Press Release: Ward 5 Councillor, Willis Fitzsimmons, Resigns

    Ward 5 Councillor, Willis Fitzsimmons, has provided Saddle Hills County Council with his resignation, effective Friday, September 27, 2024. Councillor Fitzsimmons and his wife recently sold their home in the County and, as of Friday, will no longer be residing in Ward 5 and therefore no longer eligible to represent them on Council.

  • Changes to Assessment Services

    Saddle Hills County has appointed Aaron Steblyk with Compass Assessment as the new Assessor for Saddle Hills County. We are currently making some changes to the delivery of Assessment Services in the County and thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we navigate this transition period. More information will be provided, as available.
