The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Saddle Hills County Complex Administration Building on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
Over the past several months, the County has been preparing an Area Structure Plan (ASP) for the
Bonanza Area. The purpose of the ASP is to help guide long-term future growth and development of the
area.
