  • STARS 2024 Annual Update

    Glenda Farnden, Senior Municipal Relations Liaison, with STARS, was present at the September 24, 2024 Council Meeting, to provide an annual update on the organization's operations.

  • Press Release: Ward 5 Councillor, Willis Fitzsimmons, Resigns

    Ward 5 Councillor, Willis Fitzsimmons, has provided Saddle Hills County Council with his resignation, effective Friday, September 27, 2024. Councillor Fitzsimmons and his wife recently sold their home in the County and, as of Friday, will no longer be residing in Ward 5 and therefore no longer eligible to represent them on Council.

  • Changes to Assessment Services

    Saddle Hills County has appointed Aaron Steblyk with Compass Assessment as the new Assessor for Saddle Hills County. We are currently making some changes to the delivery of Assessment Services in the County and thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we navigate this transition period. More information will be provided, as available.

  • New Grant Stream - Cemetery Capital Grant Applications Now Open!

    Saddle Hills County is now accepting applications for the Cemetery Capital Grant Program. This new program is intended to provide funding to cemeteries located within Saddle Hills County for capital projects, such as repairs to existing grounds and facilities or new construction on the grounds. 

  • Notice of Development Permit Approvals - Deadline: October 1, 2024

    Development Permits conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
