Win Two Tickets to the 2024 Women in Ag Conference!

The Agricultural Service Board is offering Saddle Hills County residents a chance to win two tickets to the 2024 Women in Agriculture Conference in Calgary on March 17, 18 & 19, 2024!

We all know that women play a significant and diverse role in agriculture and food, from managing family-related matters, accounting and bookkeeping, strategic and financial planning, farm safety, and all of the other day to day operations involved in running a successful farm. There is also the large sector of women involved in off-farm employment in the agri-business sector and as entrepreneurs and volunteers. 

The biggest challenge for many women, is time. The Alberta Women's Conference is committed to helping women succeed in their day to day lives by setting them up for success. By attending the roster of programs and events, women can take advantage of the resources and opportunities offered by AWC and reap the benefits. Attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with other women who share their interests, positively impacting their mood, happiness, and general mental health, building new friendships and relationships along the way.
