NOTIFICATION OF LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that Bylaw 410-2022, being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw 324-2018 for the purpose of allowing Urban Hens as a discretionary use within Hamlet Residential 1 & 2 (HR 1&2) Districts has been given first reading by Saddle Hills County Council on September 13, 2022.

A copy of the bylaw and supporting documents can be viewed in the County office and online.

Written submissions must be forwarded on or before October 3, 2022 at 4:30 PM to:
