Notice of Development Permit Approvals - Deadline: October 1, 2024

The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Location: SW 19-79-10-W6

Development: Sweet Gas Plant with six (6) compressors over 100 HP and an office trailer

Applicant/Landowner: Logan Energy Corp./Paul Roy

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by October 1, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100 must accompany the appeal.
