Notice of Development Permit Approvals - Deadline: March 5, 2024

The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Development: Water Storage Pond with 25% variance

Applicant/Landowner: Saddle Hills County

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by March 5th, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
