Notice of Development Permit Approvals - Deadline: June 18, 2024

The following development permits have been conditionally approved by Saddle Hills County, subject to the right of appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board:

Application: 21-DP-24

Location: LSD 09 of 35-80-10-W6

Development: Office Trailer with 3m (9.8ft) variance to the front property line

Applicant/Landowner: Canada West Land Services/Tourmaline Oil Corp.

Anyone wishing to lodge an appeal against this development must do so in writing, stating the reasons for the appeal by June 18, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 must accompany the appeal.
