Major Fiber Construction in Woking Now Complete
Northern Lights Fiber has announced that all major fiber construction activities in Woking are now complete and that the hamlet has been connected to the Project Aurora Transport backbone. They are currently commissioning and testing their network equipment and anticipate having active service very soon. Barring any unforeseen issues, it is expected that high speed Wi-Fi will be up and running in Woking this month.
Drop crews will mobilize in the area as required, and as more people sign up for service, to bring fiber to your homes. Technicians will then follow to complete the in-home installation.
Please note, that with the amount of rain that was received recently, they have asked that any remediation work that may be required be brought to their attention at construction@canadianfiberoptics.ca. They are working diligently to fix any issues as they arise.
"Northern Lights Fiber would like to thank the community of Woking and Saddle Hills County for helping us successfully execute this project. It has been a great collaborative effort in bringing high speed, reliable fiber internet to this great community."
If you have any further questions or you want to sign up for service, you can connect directly with Alexis, your Community Ambassador, at 1-780-228-1698 or by email at alexis@canadianfibferoptics.ca
