Cotillion Hall for Sale by Tender

Bids are being received by the Cotillion Butte Recreation Association for the complete removal of the old Cotillion Hall.

The original hall was built in 1964 (Part 1), a bathroom was added later (Part 2), along with a new kitchen and meeting room area (Part 3), and a covered back deck (Part 4). Contents include furnace and water system within the hall, as well the stove, oven, and cupboards.

Along with the bid to purchase the hall, you must include plans for removal and clean-up. Viewing appointments can be arranged by contacting Yvonne Marshall (780) 864-1154 or Gwen Travis (780) 864-8821.

Bidding will be accepted until March 15, 2024, and the successful bidder will remove the entire hall prior to August 1, 2024. The Cotillion Butte Recreation Association reserves the right to refuse any bid.

The successful bidder will be notified once a decision has been made by the Cotillion Butte Recreation Association and a contract will be drawn up between the parties.

A refundable deposit will be required by the successful bidder and will be returned once the building has been removed and site cleaned up.
