AFSC Upcoming Deadlines - Crop Insurance, Agri-stability, and Overwintering Insurance

September 15, 2023 - Annual Crop Insurance
Last day to file Harvested Production Reports for Creeping Red Fescue and Pedigreed Timothy Seed Crops.
September 30, 2023 - AgriStability
2022 Supplementary Forms due (without penalty).
October 15, 2023 - Perennial Crop Insurance
Last day to file Hay and Export Timothy Hay Harvested Production Reports.
October 31, 2023 - Honey Insurance
Last day to file Harvested Production Report.
November 1, 2023 - Bee Overwintering Insurance
Notify AFSC 14 days prior to wrapping hives. Coverage will not apply to hives wrapped after November 1.
November 15, 2023 - Annual Crop Insurance
Last day to file Crop Harvested Production Report.
December 31, 2023 - Perennial Crop Insurance
Last day to file Harvested Production Reports (with late-filing fee) and last day to pay premiums without negatively affecting your credit.
December 31, 2023 - Hail Insurance
Last day to pay premiums without negatively affecting your credit.
December 31, 2023 - AgriStability
Last day to pay 2023 fee notice (with penalty) to be eligible for 2023 program year and last day to file 2022 Supplementary Forms (with penalty).
December 31, 2023 - Annual Crop Insurance
Last day to pay premiums without negatively affecting your credit and last day to file Harvested Production Report (with late-filing fee).
