AFSC Deadlines for 2024

As the year draws to a close, don't forget to file any outstanding AgriStability and insurance documentation, and pay any outstanding insurance premiums from 2024. 

All AFSC offices, including the Client Care Centre, will be closed from 2 p.m. December 24, 2024 through January 1, 2025, re-opening on Thursday, January 2, 2025. 

All December 31 deadlines for AgriStability, insurance and lending payments will apply. This includes all payments through a banking institution or postmarked by this date.

AFSC Deadlines

December 23, 2024

• Last day for Livestock Price Insurance claim request. All claims settled on December 23, 2024, will be paid in January.

December 24, 2024

• Revolving Loan Funding Online requests must be completed prior to 6 a.m. 

December 31, 2024

• All 2023 AgriStability supplementary forms (with penalty).  You may submit your supplementary forms through AFSC Connect, fax to 403.782.8348 or 1.855.700.2372 (toll free), or email info@afsc.ca. 
• Remit payment for the 2024 AgriStability program fees to maintain eligibility for the 2024 program year. 
• Pay any outstanding premiums without affecting your credit.
• File your 2024 Perennial and Annual Crop Harvested Production Report (with penalty).

Documents received by mail that have a December 31 postmark will be considered received in 2024. You may also deposit your supplementary forms in an AFSC branch office drop box, where available.
