2023 Christmas Hamper Applications: Now Open!

Applications for the 2023 Christmas Hamper Program are now open!

Every year, during the holiday season, Saddle Hills County accepts donations of food or cash for Saddle Hills County families in need.

The food items needed this year are:

• Boxed Mashed Potatoes
• Gravy Mix
• Cranberry Sauce
• Dream Whip
• Pie Filling
• Pie Crusts
• Boxed Stuffing
• Biscuit Mix
• Canned Vegetables

Frozen turkeys and hams are also needed but will be accepted closer to the December 14 deadline, for storage reasons.

Food and cash donations will be accepted beginning on November 14, 2023. Please visit the County office during regular business hours to make a donation.

Any food items received that are not used in the Christmas Hampers will be donated to the Central Peace Food Bank, located in Rycroft and serving Saddle Hills County residents.

Nominations for Christmas Hampers, and donations of food or money will be accepted until December 14, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. Hampers will be distributed on December 21 & 22, 2023.

We are always grateful for the many generous local donors who contribute to the program. Donors range from local farmers, small businesses, and community members, to industry and companies in the area. Thank you for your continued support and helping to bring the joy of Christmas to the residents of Saddle Hills County during the holiday season!
