Spraying Workshop - July 10, 2024

Saddle Hills County’s Agricultural Services Department is hosting a Spraying Workshop at the Cotillion Hall, on July 10, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Join expert Tom Wolf and discuss key issues in spraying, such as nozzle selection, calibration, pulse-width modulation, canopy penetration, spray drift and inversions, and spot sprays, among other topics. Working alongside attendees, the workshop will also include a live demonstration with a portable sprayer, specifically canopy penetration, spray pressures, volumes, speeds, and nozzle types.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own nozzles and test results for the instructor to advise on and interpret.

The workshop is free but registration is required, lunch is included.
