Policies and Bylaws

Policies and Bylaws are passed by Council to guide decision making and outline municipal processes. 

Policies define the day-to-day operations of the County, and outline the processes and guidelines by which staff and Council act and make decisions.

Bylaws are the rules by which the municipality is governed.

Active Policies and Bylaws are passed by Council motion and made available to the public, both online and in-person.
