Residential Security System Grant
Saddle Hills County now offers a $500 grant to County residents to help offset the cost of the purchase and installation of security cameras/systems on their property, as of January 23, 2024.
The grant is one-time funding, up to a maximum of $500 per residence located within Saddle Hills County, and is only eligible for primary residences, as outlined in Policy AD70.
To be eligible:
- Security cameras and systems must be installed on the exterior of the residential property.
- Security cameras and systems must be capable of recording images and/or videos, which can aid law enforcement.
- Cameras and systems must be purchased on or after January 23, 2024.
- Applicants must provide evidence of the security camera or system installation (a photograph) and the purchase receipt for the equipment.
All applications will be reviewed by Saddle Hills County before reimbursement is issued. All eligibility and application requirements must be met in order for reimbursement to be issued. Submitting an application under this program does not guarantee reimbursement.
