Saddle Hills County operates a multifaceted waste and recycling system which provides for the diverse needs of residents, businesses and industry in the County. Through a combination of collections sites, transfer stations and a number of programs including Single Stream Recycling and our Oil Recycling Program, we strive to answer the needs of all ratepayers and stakeholders to the best of our ability.

Transfer Stations

Our transfer stations offer opportunities for residents, business and industry to dispose of a variety of solid waste and recyclables including:

    Saddle Hills County collects all recyclable items in one recycling container. This is described as Single Stream Recycle and offers an oil recycling program at Bonanza and Blueberry transfer stations

Our Transfer Stations are strategically located to serve the largest number of residents, businesses and industry across the County.

Bonanza Transfer Station – NW 11-80-08-W6 (East of Hwy. 719 on Twp. Rd. 800)                               

Wednesdays: Noon to 8:00 pm

                                Thursdays: 10:00 am t0 6:00 pm

                                Fridays: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

                                Saturdays: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

 

Blueberry Transfer Station – SE 03-80-08-W6 (2 miles South of old Bluebery Hall)                             

Wednesdays: Noon to 8:00 pm
